How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on order size and any customization you would like included. Send us a note and we will follow up with a quote.
Do I need to commit to a one-time order, or can this be ongoing?
Either works. Many of our clients set up a standing arrangement for recurring recognition, such as quarterly client gifts or annual milestones, while others place a single order for a specific event. We can build a plan around either.
Will my group receive the current seasonal box, or can I choose a past box?
You can choose from any of our past collections, so you know exactly what your recipients will receive.
Can I customize what's inside, or add a personal note?
Yes. A handwritten note or personal touch is always included at no extra cost, and additional customization, including branded inserts, is available on request.
