What Sparkle Hustle Grow Meant to Me
I want to be clear about something: I loved Sparkle Hustle Grow. It was built with real heart, real intention, and real community. The women who found it, supported it, and grew alongside it mean everything to me.
SHG was exactly what it needed to be, for the season it was in.
But businesses evolve. And so do the people who build them.
What Changed
It wasn't the business that shifted first. It was me.
I started craving something different. Less noise, more signal. Less monthly urgency, more quarterly intention. I wanted to build something that didn't just celebrate the hustle, but honored the pause that makes the hustle sustainable.
I kept coming back to this idea: every professional and Olympic athlete builds rest and recovery into their training. Not as a reward. As a requirement. And I started wondering why we don't apply that same thinking to business.
The word "hustle" had served its purpose. But it was no longer mine.
I wanted something more spacious. More deliberate. Something that felt like the me I am now, not the me I was when I started.
The Rebrand
When the name Arrivée came to me, I knew immediately.
Arrivée. French for arrival. Pronounced "R. E. Vay."
Not because we've reached a finish line, but because arrival isn't a destination. It's a practice. A continual becoming. Every chapter you step into, every version of yourself you grow into, every moment you pause long enough to recognize how far you've actually come - that is arrival.
The brand was built around a quieter cadence. Quarterly, not monthly. Books and products chosen with real thought. Premium by design, because what arrives in your box should be the only one of those you'll ever need.
And the tagline wrote itself: Your invitation to exhale.
Who Arrivée Is For
